DMCA Policy

  3. Your contact information, including your name, address, telephone number, and email address, so that we may contact you regarding your notice.
  4. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner of the copyrighted material or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature or that of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
