Nick Bolding, with a lifelong connection to the Greater Memphis area, has carved out a successful path in real estate over the past six years. His career began in property management, where he rose through the ranks to lead a team managing over 4,200 properties. In 2023, Nick shifted his focus to working as a full-time realtor and investor, where he’s passionate about helping clients navigate the complexities of buying homes and expanding their investment portfolios.
Nick’s unique blend of business acumen and deep-rooted faith fosters an environment of trust and integrity in all his dealings. Outside of his professional life, Nick is a devoted husband, father, and member of Training Pastors International, with a degree in Music Performance that enhances his collaborative spirit and adaptability.
Allen Nason, a native of Memphis, TN, is a seasoned partner at Evolve Partners, a leading Real Estate and Property Management firm. With a diverse background that includes medical device sales in Denver, CO, and a pivotal role as a Portfolio Advisor at REI Nation, Allen has successfully guided global investors in building substantial passive investment portfolios. His firm managed over 7,000 properties across 12 markets, and Allen personally sold over 1,000 properties to investors which demonstrates his deep expertise in both real estate and property management.
Passionate about community service, Allen is actively involved in youth mentorship, disaster relief, and mission work. Outside of work, he cherishes time with his nearly 8-year-old son, Ollie, and enjoys traveling and outdoor activities, particularly those involving water.
